Since our creation, we have undertaken our activities with respect for our customers, our partners and our employees. Today, to be more impactful, we have made more specific commitments that go beyond our desire to do our job well in a responsible manner.

We have therefore been working with our various stakeholders to identify the issues that make sense to us and to the Society. And to be certain that we can all act on a daily basis, we wanted these societal commitments to be integrated into our activities and our development model.

A positive impact on the world

We want to lead a CSR policy with an inclusive approach towards all of our stakeholders. The organisation of our CSR governance incorporates these new commitments into the heart of our strategy, our business model and our business activities.

We now want to ensure that we contribute to a fairer, more human, more sustainable world All our teams, in their daily lives and in their profession lives, have a role to play in enabling Oney to have a positive impact on the world and play our part in the necessary changes that the Society must make. Our societal policy will serve as a catalyst to accelerate our societal transformation and go further together.

Our societal policy

In 2019, Oney presented the pillars of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

This new policy was created with all of the group's employees. It reflects the commitments made by the group to face the societal and environmental challenges of now and the future.

Among the 9 commitments and 3 principles of action that make up societal policy, 3 main areas represent real biases for Oney:

  • Encouraging more sustainable consumption.
  • Reducing our carbon footprint in order to respect the commitments of COP21
  • Ensuring employability within and outside Oney Talents so that each person can build her/his own career path.
