The solution has also been integrated by new Payment Services Platforms (PSP).

3 days to innovate together

In December 2019, employees from France, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Smartney (Poland) and Corporate teams took part in the 1st Oney International Creathon.
The purpose of this creathon was to imagine how the digital bank could encourage more sustainable consumption.

These days of ideation and prototyping were punctuated with creativity and inspiration sessions, in particular through conferences or video testimonials.
After 3 days of brainstorming, debate and pitches, the participants have now formed a Community and are communicating regularly to develop the ideas generated during this creathon.
Employees were able to experiment with the Design Thinking method and work in multi-business and multinational teams.

From 9 to 11 December 2019, OZEA brought together employees from Oney France, Oney Spain, Oney Portugal, Oney Hungary, Smartney (Poland) and corporate teams to take part in the 1st Oney International Creathon.
The purpose of this creathon was to imagine how the digital bank could encourage more sustainable consummation.
These days of ideation and prototyping were punctuated with creativity and inspiration sessions, in particular through conferences or video testimonials.

At the end of these three days, the five teams presented their project to the jury in the form of a pitch. Following the jury's deliberations, the participants will form a community of digital bank beta testers in order to intensify their project.
As well as these concrete outcomes, employees were able to experiment with the Design Thinking method and work in multi-business and multinational teams.
